People on the move: hires and departures
This week has seen another wave of appointments and departures at brands, media owners and agencies. The Drum has rounded up the key moves from the EMEA, APAC and North America regions below.

MainAd has appointed Michele Marzan as chief strategy officer.
In his previous role as board member and vice president of IAB Italy, Marzan launched a number of initiatives including programmatic advertising and market performance.
Talking about his new role, he said:
“The company is already taking strides beyond programmatic by introducing proprietary machine learning technology solutions fuelled by audience and customer insight.”
