Who are you and how long have you been at MainAd for?
My name is Malgo and I work on the people’s topics in MainAd. I come from Poland, but 5 years ago I decided to move to Italy and now I live in Pescara. I have more than 12 years of experience in the HR dept. I started working at MainAd since 2016 as a HR Assistant and at the moment my role is Head of Human Capital dept. Privately I am a mum, wife and a big fan of literature.

What would you say is the most valuable skill you have learned in your time here?
I’ve discovered the incredible value that diversity brings into a workplace, and also how to multitask on several projects at the same time.

Who’s been an inspiring figure in your life?
Roger Federer – with determination and effort he was able to get excellent achievements, and meet and overcome difficulties over 20 years in his sports career. Plus he plays tennis so well!
