Who are you and how long have you been at MainAd for?
I’m Larraine, Chief Product Officer of MainAd and Head of Operations/President of the Philippines office. I have been a MainAder for around 8-9 years where I joined MainAd under the Dealstent project in 2011 and MainAd Operations Team in 2012.

How would you describe your job using only one sentence?
My job in MainAd is very challenging and entails a lot of perseverance because it’s a mix of operations, business development, commercial/supplier partnership, R&D and product management.
What would you say is the most valuable skill you have learned in your time here?
MainAd through the years helped me become more agile and my job really helped me improve my decision-making skills strategy-wise and people management-wise.
What makes MainAd a unique workplace?
Its diverse culture and the way MainAd fosters an opportunity for everyone to prove their worth. You don’t need years to become someone because if your potential is spotted, you will be progressed forward regardless of your tenure/level.
Do you have any tips for people who want to work at MainAd?
MainAd is a fast-paced, emerging company in the online advertising industry. You will learn a lot regardless if you are a newbie or an experienced professional. People who are self-starters, problem-solvers, digital- and data-savvy will surely enjoy their time here.
Who’s been an inspiring figure in your life?
Mary Poppins. Smart, practical, helpful, funny, magical, mysterious. She is stern but kind and caring.
What’s your recent favourite advertising campaign?
Oh, I love the McDonald’s latest ad for 2020 which is No Logo, No Problem. It’s an ad that contains no images, no logo, no branding. It’s a perfect way to show the real power of a brand. Simple but amazing.
